A not-for-profit group focusing on the education of citizens to access, understand, analyze, and evaluate the powerful images that comprise our mass media culture by providing informative resources.

National Coalition of TV Violence
NCTV contains information on how to counteract the effects of violence in the media. Includes helpful rebuttals to many media myths.

American Psychological Association
Includes public information such as articles, brochures, and press releases regarding media and violence.

American Academy of Family Physicians
AAFP’s mission is to provide responsible advocacy for and education of patients and the public in all health related matters. This site provides helpful resources to promote their goal.
